About
I have integrated Myers-Briggs (MBTI) and Typecoach into my leadership development and executive coaching practice for over 20 years. My fascination with how personality influences work and life began during my early career as a careers counsellor, helping individuals navigate vital transitions, personal development, and change.
Moving into the corporate world, I paired Type with other robust tools—such as the Hogan Inventory and 360-degree feedback frameworks—to enable clients to maximize their unique capabilities. To date, I have brought this expertise to more than 160 organisations across 18 countries.
Today, I use Type extensively in my 1:1 coaching, team development, and group sessions. My goal is to help individuals deeply understand their own lenses, appreciate cognitive diversity in others, and learn how to flex their style to achieve maximum impact.
