About
Jean-Luc Dupont is an experienced MBTI® trainer, certified in MBTI® Step I and Step II, MTRI® and ActionTypes®. For over 25 years, he has helped individuals, teams and leaders better understand personality differences, communication styles and interpersonal dynamics.
His training and coaching are grounded in Jung’s theory of psychological types, with a particular focus on function-attitudes. This enables him to offer a dynamic, nuanced and non-stereotypical approach to type, helping people clarify their true profile, understand how they operate, and recognise the strengths, challenges and relational patterns associated with each type.
Jean-Luc is also the author of a book: Vous êtes unique, vos interlocuteurs aussi ! Collaborer efficacement et vivre en harmonie avec tous les types de personnalité on this approach and on the practical applications of type in the corporate world, including leadership, communication, decision-making, change management and conflict management.
His background also includes Process Communication®, Organisational Development, systemic coaching and leadership development. Jean-Luc works in both English and French, across Europe and North America.
