I use type in my role as a professional coach, as well as a designer and facilitator of learning workshops in business, to aid in enhancing leadership effectiveness, improvement of learning facilitation, building team performance, and raising awareness and success in interpersonal interactions. I have been BAPT Program Chair and President of APTi. I have also written numerous books about various applications of type including coaching, team building, consulting, customer service, learning delivery, and understanding type in depth.
