Dr Mark S. Majors is a highly experienced psychometrician, research scientist and author. Through his leading roles at CPP and CAPT he was involved in the development of instruments such as MBTI® Forms M & Q, (Steps I and II) and MBTI® Step III. His own Majors PTI and PT-Elements assessments introduced further innovations in test construction for Type.
