Event Summary

Josh Leach will be joining for a Type Q&A session based on his book The ADHD Survival Kit.

The ADHD Survival Kit teaches practical tips and systems to help people remove mental and logistical friction in their day to day life, to help them interrupt downward spirals and recover faster from overwhelm. This will include how ADHD/executive function may interact with type preferences, type development, communication and self-understanding.

Although it was born from the struggle with ADHD and executive dysfunction - the strategies can help anyone with ‘adulting’ - neurodivergent or not.

Join us for storytelling, practical and actionable insights, as well as comments and discussion afterwards on how Type plays into it all.

This event will be recorded. The recording file will be shared by email to all registrants within 1–2 weeks following the event.
