NorthWest Type has begun!

NW Type Inaugural meeting 11 people attended NW-Type’s inaugural meeting held in Manchester (at @madlabuk) on the 20th June 2017. People had a range of experience from a variety of sectors and a common interest: to share experiences of using Type.

We began with a ‘check-in’ which helped to locate our practice and to make connections for further follow up; Education and Type but one! In addition to all those that attended from far and near, particular thanks go to Robin Hills (Ei4Change) and Christine Ridgen (BAPT Webmaster plus) who supported formative coffee conversations.

Format for the evening was a ‘bring and share’. During some wide ranging conversations we used a clip from Disney’s A Bug’s Life and the Zig-zag decision making model (Sensing, iNtuition, Thinking and Feeling) informed by Katherine W Hirsh’s virtual hour, to explore Type!

Next meeting 3rd October at 6pm: Mad Lab (36-40 Edge St, Manchester M4 1HN) In addition to other discussions, Dave Harrison (Co-Creation) will share some ‘strengths’ experience!

We look forward to meeting you…
