Online Conference
We are looking for proposals that help build community and facilitate dialogue about how personality type can help us thrive in our changing world.
If this theme excites you, we invite your proposal via the form below. Whether you have presented previously, or are a new presenter, we would love to hear from you!
Our conference is a leading international event among Type practitioners. The information you give us will be used to help us consider who will speak, and for those speakers selected we will use it for the conference programme as well as promotional material in advance of the conference.
We plan a “back to basics” stream with facilitators sharing topics such as:
- Introduction to type for groups and individuals
- how to discover best-fit
- how to apply type at work, home and in relationships
And a stream for personality type in a dynamic, complex world with leading edge topics such as:
- Personality, AI and technology
- Flexible and hybrid working
- Climate crisis
- Identity, diversity, inclusion
Most sessions will be 60 minutes, and within your proposal please think about the format eg you could include a round table discussion, do a question and answer session, use interactive tools such as shared whiteboards etc.
In-person Experience
The theme for this event is the same and we are keen to invite proposals for sessions that are participative and developmental for the participants. Submit your idea here, or if you would like to discuss it first, please contact our Events Director, Catherine Stothart on events@bapt.org.uk
